At ROCO Engraving, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-engraved products and making sure they reach you safely and on time. Below you’ll find details about how we process, ship, and handle your orders.

🕒 Processing Time

• Custom Engraved Orders: Most orders are processed and engraved within 3–7 business days.

• Bulk or Large Orders: Please allow up to 10 business days depending on the order size and customization required.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🚀 Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

• We currently ship anywhere within the United States.

• • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or holiday volume.

🛑 Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once your order is shipped, ROCO Engraving is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier.

• If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at rocoengraving@gmail.com for assistance.
