At ROCO Engraving, every item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we want to be transparent about how returns and exchanges work.
🪵 Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized engravings are final sale.
Since each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design details before submitting your order. We engrave exactly as entered.
⚙️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your business email/contact form link].

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.

We will either replace the defective item or issue a refund once the issue is verified.
📦 Non-Customized Products

For non-engraved or non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
💰 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
