At ROCO Engraving, every item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we want to be transparent about how returns and exchanges work.

🪵 Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All custom and personalized engravings are final sale.

    Since each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

  • Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design details before submitting your order. We engrave exactly as entered.

⚙️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your business email/contact form link].

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.

  • We will either replace the defective item or issue a refund once the issue is verified.

📦 Non-Customized Products

  • For non-engraved or non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
